Why are equipment loads are not identical in zones?

I have Proposed and Baseline models and all equipment loads energy usage are the same between the two, in all zones, except for three of them. I've looked at the zones' schedule variation profiles (they are the same), the power densities (they are the same), multipliers (both are one), and the zone areas (they are the same). I think that's all to check to ensure equivalent equipment energy use. Yet, they are not equal. Is there something else that I can check that I'm missing?
