Why are equipment loads not identical in zones?

I have Proposed and Baseline models and all equipment loads energy usage are the same between the two, in all zones, except for three of them. I've looked at the zones' schedule variation profiles (they are the same), the power densities (they are the same), multipliers (both are one), and the zone areas (they are the same). I think that's all to check to ensure equivalent equipment energy use. Yet, they are not equal. Is there something else that I can check that I'm missing?

Does one have equipment load instances directly assigned to a space in addition to what may be assigned by the space type? I would look at EnergyPlus and OpenStudio HTML files side by side to see if that helps identify the difference. You might also look at the message log from the baseline measure if you used that to generate the baseline model.

Thanks for the feedback. I've looked at the Spaces tab and filtered to the first of three zones to clear them up one at a time. I've gone to the Loads tabs and all is the same under Definition, looking at the the files side by side in separate OS sessions. Where might separate instances been assigned? I don't think any separate ones have been assigned. To make sure I'm looking at the correct E+ and OS HTML files, do you mean the Eplustbl.html? I'm not sure which OS HTML file/where it is located. We did not use the baseline measure.

What is the Openstudio HTML file? Something different than the .osm file? Are you saying look at the E+ and OS html files of the baseline and see if there's differences there, and then look at the same two files for the Proposed? The eplustble.html file in the run folder, and the report.html in the OpenStudioResults subfolder do not appear to get detailed enough. They just show a non-equal value for the total equipment end use. I think you're referring to something I'm not finding at the moment. Please let me know where to find the files you reference.

eplustble.html and report.html are what I was referring to. if you can't use that to find the cause of the difference you can request time series data for equipment.

Yes I actually looked for time series data for the equipment of the zones. But their variable didn't print out. Could not locate it in the Dview or ResultsViewer.
