Hi All,

When I try to run the Create Baseline Building measure (following Matthew Steen's suggestion for 90.1-2016 baselines in this post), I keep running into some version of the following error:

Exception: Embedded file not found 'C:/Users/ianr/AppData/Local/Temp/OpenStudioApp.Q21404/ApplyMeasureNow/run/000_7054b7f2-4243-4b76-86b9-9ae5f6ecd740/output/SR1/run/eplusout.err'

And the last entry in the standard error is:

:/ruby/2.2.0/gems/openstudio-standards-0.2.10/lib/openstudio-standards/utilities/simulation.rb:130:in `getFileAsString': unexpected return

I'm on Windows, and I've tried running the measure in Openstudio v2.9.0 and Openstudio Application v1.1.0, on two PCs, with various models and measure inputs. I get similar errors trying to run the "Create Typical DOE Building from Model" measure. Anyone else run into this? It would be really nice to have a measure that at least gets me close to a 90.1-2016 or 2019 app G baseline.
