How to control outlet water temperature of Low Temp Rad Const Flow Clg?

I am trying to model the ESS Radiant cooling in energy plus and want to maintain the temperature difference of 5C across the radiant system. I tried the Setpoint Manager Follow System Node Temperature with inlet water temperature as reference node but couldn't achieve desired results. Is there any way to control the outlet temperature ? I set the flow rate of radiant system to autosize .
