Outside air inputs in designbuilder in both baseline(system 7) and proposed model for 100% outside air system in design

I am working on this LEED project. Where the proposed case is using 100% Outdoor air. The total outdoor airflow for the building is 32.28 m3/s. Hence baseline system 7 will use the same 32.28 m3/s outdoor air but with supply air being auto-sized. This is how I am trying to set up system 7 for the baseline model. When looking at energyplus system node mass flow rate variables the OA doesn't exactly match the designed OA.
