Whole House Fan for Cooling in OpenStudio

Hello. I'm creating a whole house fan that uses outside air to cool down the house. I created the HVAC loop by referring to this post here: https://unmethours.com/question/29876/modeling-warehouse-with-only-fans/.

I applied the cooling setpoint of 75 deg in the Thermal Zones tab, but I don't think the setpoint is activated because the fan loads are the same across different months.

Is there another way to configure a whole house fan and let it run whenever the zone temperature is above the setpoint? Also, how can I add that the fan is pulling in outside air?

Thank you so much!
