Constant IAT for Evaporative Cooling System

Hello there, I'd like some help about my evaporative cooling system I'm applying to my model. I've been investigating why the Indoor Air Temperature (IAT) is not constant. Even though I'm having thermostat setpoints. I've tried single heating, single cooling, dual, and heating or cooling set point. All of them did not succeed in providing a constant mean zone IAT. The issue is found in the following .idf file. It is a single airconditioned zone located in a very hot climate, where cooling is dominating the entire year, while heating is only needed at the edges of the year. I've had the model with no insulation, no infiltration, nor ground temperature in order to have constant IAT, but it did not work.

The idf file is found in this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/19fE-35R5ANiaGDHp77NR4xYPuYIOxqwN/view?usp=sharing

Some help would be appreciated.

The issue is found in the following .idf file. It is a single airconditioned zone located in a very hot climate, where cooling is dominating the entire year, while heating is only needed at the edges of the year. Sometimes other factors may effect the model, therefore, I've had the model with no insulation, no infiltration, nor ground temperature in order to have constant IAT, Only the evaporative cooling system is on, but it did not work.
