high outside face temperature in winter.

Hello, everyone. The following picture shows the results of an EnergyPlus model, which is a DOE medium office prototype building, and the weather file used is TMY for New York.

The first column is outside dry-bulb air temperature, and the second column is surface outside face temperature. As the results show, the surface temperatures from 12 PM to 16 PM are even higher than 40 degrees Celsius.

So I wonder if these surface temperatures make sense? or there is something wrong with this model or solar radiance calculation..

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
