eQuest 3.65.7175/DOE2.2 - Water-cooled PSZ Not Functioning w CW Loop

Hello, I have been using eQuest/DOE2.2 for a long time and I have previously been successful using water-cooled condensers in PSZ/PVVT systems connected to a condenser water (not WLHP) hydronic loop. I am using PSZ as a backdoor method of modeling WLHPs in a large facility with a CW loop that also serves a large CHW plant. I cannot get this to work for the life of me - has anyone else found this to be an issue and have you figured out a fix? This is looking like a bug. A separate issue but possibly related is that process loads on the CW loop are not being carried in the calcs. Thanks for any insight you can offer.
