This is really frustrating trying to get Open Studio software downloaded and working

Installation Steps Download and install OpenStudio Application
Download the latest release of OpenStudio Application here.
the here link takes me to a page where it is not clear how or which file to download https://github.com/openstudiocoalition/OpenStudioApplication/releases It is not clear which one I need or how to download it
Can someone give me a clue? Thanks,
