Hi I hope you and your colleagues are well and healthy I have installed the software(Open studio 9.4 , Open studio Application and PAT) on Windows 7- 64 bits, but when running the software, I receive this error message which start with : "Measure manager has crashed attempting to star.ruby:unexpected return,error : unknown encoding name -CP720.....
