Zone load variation between E+ input and output

There's a longer story here, but the short version is:

  • I have clearly defined zone loads using the EnergyPlus Lights & OtherEquipment objects. There is ~ZERO envelope load.
  • When I check the E+ output, the zone load differs by 14% from my input values. That's too much.
  • Here are the details. Can someone give me an idea what would cause this variation?
  • Thanks in advance.
