Model primary-secondary pump with only one baseline system

Hi.

I'm setting up the baseline following ASHRAE 90.1/2010 for LEED v.4 ID + C: Retail certification of a restaurant in the mall. The mall has more than 5 floors and as a kitchen falls into exception D, then system 7 should be modeled. To define the number and type of Chiller I am considering the entire mall, in this case the building peak cooling load would have more 600 tons, and in this case I need a primary and secondary pump. I am in doubt on how to model the primary and secondary pump of the chiller if I only have one system? I am using OpenStudio for the simulation.

Thank you!
