Radiation configuration in atriums

Hi, I'm modeling in Design Builder a 6 level atrium connecting the different levels by holes, the atrium has a glazed roof on the upper level. The geometry plan is irregular (not convex), making it difficult to configure the radiation as full exterior and full interior. So, I tried to configure just as full exterior, but I´m in doubt if by this configuration the solar gains that are produced by the glass roof are assigned only to the last level of the atrium, if so, how should I model it to be able to use the full exterior and interior configuration.
