Problem with Dehumidifier:DesiccantSystem and Chilled Water System

I am having trouble implementing a system in which the Dehumidifier:DesiccantSystem is responsible for the latent load and is located in the Outdoor Air Loop and an chilled water system is responsible for the sensitive load and is located in the Primary Air Loop. The chilled water system is working as expected, the problem is with the desiccant. There are timestamps that it works and others do not, without a criterion that I was able to identify. I used all the child objects recommended in the Dehumidifier: DesiccantSystem object, such as ZoneControl: Humidistat, SetpointManager: OutdoorAirPretreat and SetpointManager: SingleZone: Humidity: Maximum. Even with the humidity set at 35% against a humidity of more than 70% in the thermal zone, the desiccant does not always work. And when he acts, I see no different reason for acting and not before.

What do you suggest I do?
