Vertex Size Mismatch Problem

Hi, I'm getting vertex size mismatch for 2 of the walls in my model.

I've tried a few things as mentioned in other posts such as this one but ran into other problems-

  1. After dividing the surfaces into smaller convex surfaces- this led to an error saying the Subsurface (Door) is bigger than the base surface (which was divided into smaller parts).
  2. After making the X,Y,Z coordinates of all the vertexes of the problematic surfaces to be the same- this made the surface change size and position weirdly and they went all over the place. I made sure all the coordinates of both surfaces are the same. Perhaps the origin is different for the 2 zones.
  3. I tried re-intersecting/matching surfaces but didn't help.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
