Problem sizing heating and cooling coils in Openstudio 2.9.1

Hi, I have a project where I am sizing an HVAC unit in Openstudio. I have a packaged rooftop air conditioner serving two zones. For some reason the air conditioner isn't sizing properly. Under Sizing in the Openstudio Air Loops Detail report the sizing for OS:Coil:Heating:Gas, OS:Coil:Cooling:DX:SingleSpeed, OS:Fan:ConstantVolume, and OS:AirLoopHVAC:OutdoorAirSystem all say "Autosized" instead of providing actual values. What can I check to resolve this issue?

So far, I have rebuilt the model, deleted the rooftop unit and re-added it from scratch. I have verified the spaces are attached to the zones and the zones are served by the rooftop unit. Each of the zones attached to the unit have a thermostat schedule assigned to them.

I would appreciate some guidance on what may be the issue. Thanks.
