Hello, I been for days trying to get some HVAC and ENVELOPE AND INTERNAL LOAD BREAKDOWN. Taking a look to erros on the file generated, there are a few things that i belive i can be the problem of me not being able to get results.
1- It looks like open studio conclude its calculations correctly and without mistakes, because at the end it says (energy plus completed succesfully), so it looks like the error is coming from the program not finding a file. it says
EnergyPlus Completed Successfully. Processing Reporting Measures. Applying VerificacionHE0 Result: Fail Error: No such file or directory @ rb_sysopen - C:/OS1/proyectos/Ejemplo Saint Denis 00/certificado.xml
I dont know whats that file or where can i find it.
2-In the .err file generated, it appears an error.
* Severe * DetermineShadowingCombinations: There are 3 surfaces which are casting surfaces and are non-convex.
3- I tried running HVAC-01, and it showed it runned correctly, without the error of not finding the file mentioned before, but when i go to the results, it only shows an icon with a paper sheet with a sad face.
