zone air temperature in cooling mode is the same that heating

Good morning! I'm simulating a building with several thermal zones with the Simple HVAC options of DesignBuilder. The HVAC is the default VAV system of DB templates. In the activity Tab I set the heating and cooling setpoint and setback temperature: 20°C for heating setpoint and 16°C for heating setback; 26°C for cooling setpoint and 30°C for cooling setback. I also set the heating and cooling schedules: from october to april for heating and from may to september for cooling. However, when I display the Internal temperature in the Comfort results, its value in a typical summer week is much lower (about 22°C) than the cooling temperature set at 26°C. Can anyone help me with some suggestions? Thank you very much
