Autosizing warning

I am getting a warning message when auto-sizing a simple IdealAir systems in EnergyPlus that I don't understand. The sizing is set to "DesignDay" and according to the InputOutput Ref should, therefore, be unlimited. Why does the program reduce the airlfow "to the Maximum Heating Air Flow Rate = -99999.00000 [m3/s]"?

* Warning * ZoneHVAC:IdealLoadsAirSystem "ZONE 1 IDEAL LOADS AIR" Requested outdoor air flow rate = 223.84235 [m3/s] exceeds limit. * ~~~ * Will be reduced to the Maximum Heating Air Flow Rate = -99999.00000 [m3/s] * ~~~ * During Sizing, Environment=SIZE_WINTEREXTREME, at Simulation time=02/02 24:00 - 24:15
