Reasons for Fans demand low in OpenStudio simulation

I'm creating an Airloop in OpenStudio and the demand for fans is always low compared to the total power. I would like to know what could be influencing this demand to stay low. I don't know if the default fraction value is responsible for this, because in the simulations I always leave 0.3, but I don't know if I can increase that value, and if so, if I need to change the values of the curves.

I was unable to insert the image, below are the values.

Fans -- General : 89.02 Electric Energy Use (GJ) /// 3254.20 Eletric Demand (W)

Fans -- Rated Electric Power Supply Kitchen = 4072.79 W /// Supply Saloon and services = 4455.37 W
