AirflowNetwork and Construction:AirBoundary interaction?

I'm modeling a building that has two airloops serving a single zone. One airloop is for heating and cooling, and the other airloop is for outdoor air. It appears that the AFN can't handle two airloops serving the same zone though, but I thought I could use the Construction:AirBoundary object to split one zone into two having good mixing between with each airloop serving half of the split. Before I went to all the effort to set this up, I wanted to ask if the model will be accurate. I know I'll have to worry about objects based on floor area and exterior surface area and people schedule and etc. but will this work?

As an alternative, is there an easier way to address the problem of the AFN working with two airloops serving one zone?
