How to control COP of AC in detailed HVAC(PTAC)Energy plus?

Iam working on detailed hvac system (PTAC system ) for cooling.I need to control the cop of the PTAC.But energy plus has separate gross rated cop for dx coil, efficiency of pump and efficiecy of fan.How todetermine the cop of the system in this case??
