A problem ecounted in 3 phase daylight modeling

I was doing the 3 phase daylight simulation following the "Daylighting Simulations with Radiance using Matrix-based Methods".However, when I perform the following command:

dctimestep matrices/vmtx/v.mtx matrices/tmtx/clear.xml matrices/dmtx/daylight.dmx skyVectors/NYC_Per.vec | rmtxop -fa -c 47.4 119.9 11.6 - > results/3ph/3ph.ill

A error had echoed :

fatal - unexpected column count in header

I cannot find out what caused the problem, anyone can help me?

Thanks!
