why different solar panel have the same rated electric power output per module?

in photovoltaic, one diode model, all kinds of solar panel have the same related electric power output per module while their short circuit current, open circuit voltage and current at Maximum power , voltage at maximum power are all different?

if all are the same, why provide different solar panel there? Anything meaningful?
