Is it possible to run have 2 locations selected in the same CR in the location.tsv file? I have tried to enter 1 for both Arcata and Santa Rosa in CR 11, but when I run the workflow I get datapoint failures.

Is it possible to run have 2 locations selected in the same CR in the location.tsv file? I have tried to enter 1 for both Arcata and Santa Rosa in CR 11, but when I run the workflow I get datapoint failures.failures. This also occurs when both locations are set to .5.
