Is Euclid (the Open Studio PlugIn) compatible with the Web version of SketchUp?

I would like to create a simple model in the Sketch Up Web viewer to be run in EnergyPlus. To do this, it is my understanding that I will need to have Euclid to get the SketchUp model into the proper file format. Will Euclid run on the Web Version or do I need to get a paid downloaded version of SketchUp?
