How to input Glycol Concentration in Open Studio?

I'm having trouble getting the input for Glycol Concentration in OS:PlantLoop to work. The Input-Output Reference for FluidProperties:GlycolConcentration indicates that the value should be a number between 0 and 1.

However, when trying to enter the input in the plant loop in OS v2.7, regardless of what fluid type is selected, it does not allow values with a decimal point to be entered. Additionally, any number you do input does not seem to have an effect on energy use.
