chilled beam sizing

using OS 2.7.

Trying to authorize the chilled beams for an office building. I have hardcoded the sizes for AHUs providing the primary air for the chilled beams, but other than that, the chilled beams are authorized. looking at the high unmet hours for some offices, I noticed in the .eio file, that many chilled beams have a negative air flow adjustment bigger than the assigned air flow to those beams, (which makes the airflow negative ??)

how can I size the chilled beam properly?
