false volume reporting

Hi, I'm using Sketchup and Euclid plug-in. I faced problems regarding false volume reporting in these simple models:

  1. a small space placed in mid surface of a bigger space. If I revisit the file, there's kinda like a self surface correction after I closed the file. The roof and floor of the bigger space become full again. this auto resurfacing can be corrected and saved succesfully on the 2nd attempt (then it gives a correct volume report). This condition is not happening if I put the small space at the corner. image description

  2. a smaller space on top of a bigger space image description

All cases of 1 and 2, the bigger space gives false report on volume. they were surface matched and in different thermal zone. I consider the cases are common simple modelling. Do I make the model in a wrong way? Thank you
