I am setting two models without HAVC system. ( residential and office) I am using the ideal air load.

In your opinion, which is the proper value of space infiltration (in term of ACH) I have to use?

With ideal load there is a mechanical ventilation? Do I have to consider a combination between mechanical ventilation and infiltration? . Thanks
