Hi all,

Does anyone know of existing EnergyPlus reference models for pre-1980 residential buildings (both SF detached and MF low-rise)?

We're working on a study in Richmond, CA with 2 residential buildings types + 4 commercial ones. Ideally, we'd like to model 3 vintages: pre-1980, early 2000s, and "current". We're planning to use the Reference and Prototype models for the commercial ones, and the Prototype models for the newer residential ones.

But we're looking for suggestions on publicly available pre-1980s SF and low-rise MF EnergyPlus models.
