Early Start for Radiant Floor

In DesignBuilder, I'm having trouble with unmet heating setpoint hours for some rooms that have radiant in-floor heating. What seems to be happening is that the room will eventually reach occupied setpoint, but there is about a four hour time lag between when the occupied heating setpoint enables and when the room temperature actually reaches that setpoint. The radiant floor is simply taking a while to heat up the room.

My question is: Is there a way to counteract that by enabling the radiant heating before the room setpoint changes from unoccupied to occupied? For example, if the occupied setpoint at 8:00 AM is 70 degrees F, can I make the radiant floor begin ramping up around 4:00 AM in order to hit that 70 degrees? I've tried adjusting the occupancy and HVAC schedules but nothing seems to be affecting only the radiant floor start-time without also moving the occupied/unoccupied setpoint times.
