Change plant fluid to R134a

I am trying to model a heat exchanger that transfers heat from refrigerant R134a to the building chilled water. I was looking to use an EnergyPlus measure for use in Openstudio to change the fluid type of the plant to R134a and put the heat exchanger on the demand side of the chilled water loop. I'm having trouble figuring out how to accomplish this. Is this possible using this approach?
