Modeling an air to air HP that uses exhaust air as exchanging fluid

Hi everyone, I would like to mdel (in openstudio) the air conditioning system that is described in the question. The model is a Clivet Zephir 3, which can produce heating and cooling air, using the exhaust air as heat source/sink. At the moment I am using a "Unitary - DX Heat Pump - Cycling - Elec reheat" from the openstudio Library. What is unclear to me is that is it possible in openstudio to model the real HP behaviour. It would be nice because this solution helps to save lots of energy (according to the producer) so I think that it would be mandatory to take it into account in my model, in order to validate it with real datas (which I have). So I am asking to you if modeling this kind of HP is possible and if my choice in openstudio is reasonable. Thanks to anybody that will help.
