Iqq have several high-rise multifamily projects I have been asked to model for 179D tax deductions. My old software is no longer supported for projects completed in 2017. I downloaded Energy Plus which led me to OpenStudio and Sketchup. Modeling the building seemed straight forward.
But once I model the building, how do I know if the HVAC, envelope, and lighting meets the requirements of 179D. Am I missing something?
