What is the quickest way to copy a PAT file?

I am running multiple PAT runs. The set of design alternatives for each file is very similar, but the base OpenStudio file changes. I don't want to put all runs into a single PAT run. I've been using "save as" to create a new PAT file, and then I tweak the new file appropriately. "Save as" takes a long time--and I'm guessing I am duplicating more than I need to. Is there a quicker way to do this?
