value of the sDA calculated by OpenStudio

I have a question about the value of the sDA calculated by OpenStudio. sDA is a measure of daylight which reports a percentage of floor area that exceeds a specified illuminance level (e.g. 300 lux) for the specified analysis period (10 hours per day), but in the output daylight metrics.csv file, the percentage displayed for the sDA is the ratio of [hours_met] / [input_hours] which reports the percentage of hours.
