OpenStudio Simulation Went Wrong. Help, Please!

Dear all,

I have been trying to use OpenStudio to do a simulation for my academic project. So far I have followed the step by step tutorial on youtube channel of NRELOpenStudio. I created my model and set my building envelope, construction and so on. The building is 19,075 ft^2 community center in North Territories.

First run, I used ASHRAE 2009 building envelope for a small hotel, and I got a huge total site energy value of 7,605,800 kBtu.

Second run, I modified the building envelope to have higher (much higher) R-value, and I only got a slightly smaller number of 7,605,000 kBtu.

The result also shows that 91% of the energy is used for heating the building. I have no idea what went wrong with the model and other parameters. I have attached my testing model in this post if you would like to take a look. I will appreciate that you can leave any advice or help me out with this.
