Functioning Open Studio Model with Ice Storage

Hi,

I am attempting to generate a building model that uses Ice Storage for cooling. I have spent days trying to get the model to utilize Ice Storage cooling. Every time I run the simulation, the results show the Ice Storage cooling rate as 0 W. I have put ice storage in parallel with a chiller which connects to cooling coils that are in my ventilation ducts. I am out of ideas for troubleshooting this issue. I have read the forums and it seems like many people have had issues with adding ice storage.

Does anyone have an example file that successfully implements ice storage? Is anyone willing to post it here?

Thanks.

P.S. To be most specific, I had a working model that originally used district cooling. I simply have tried to delete the district cooling and add the ice storage and chiller units. Cooling load from electricity is accounted for, but the results show ice storage cooling loads as not contributing with 0 W. Oddly, even when I deleted district cooling, it still showed up in the results. Does anyone know why the district cooling still appears even after it was removed from my HVAC system?
