 I downloaded DOE prototypes from BCL, and selected to create a Midrise
Apartment. The prototype is a 4-story, 8 units per floor apartment while we
are looking for creating a 2-story, 4 units per floor apartment. So I deleted
the mid-floors, moved the top floor down, deleted units in the middle in
Sketchup. Then I deleted the used HVAC system in Openstudio. But it can't run
showing a FATAL Errors found in processing Energy Management System input.

I am curious that is it OK to delete all content related to the deleted
units in the EMS part when I open the Openstudio file with text. Though it runs, I don't know
if the result reliable or not since there is no such pattern like this in the
tutorial.
