Heatpump linked to heat exchanger and GHX

I'm trying to model a heatpump loop supplied by a GHX loop. Each loop, cooling and heating, were modeled separately.

GHX loop setpoint is 'Setpoint Manager Follow Ground Temperature'. I was wondering which setpoint it's supposed to be use on Supply side after the heat exchanger (Exit loop temperature)? I hope it could follow the GHX loop temperature.

Which is the best option?
