E+, How to model a AHU double fan

In my project, I have an AHU double fan (for air supply and return air), connected to a VRV. My purpose is to know the cooling capacity inside the room.
I would like to model only the AHU and see the impact of the AHU on my cooling capacity, if is it significant or not. My setpoint is 24C and I have 20 m3/h/pers. So, if I am not wrong, Basically, my AHU blows air in the room at 24 C because its connected to the VRV.
How can I do this easily in Energy plus ? With "Zoneventilation : design flow rate" and use "intake" ?

Or with "HVAC templates : zone unitary " ? I have seen in the I/O reference, they model AHU with that one.
