sketchup removing previously linked openstudio content open openstudio model at '' to restore content before surface matching

hello, the model drawn with sketchup also disappears to me, but after giving the command surface matching-match in entire model. I can not even recover it by opening it with openstudio. I think it's a connection problem between the two software. How can I solve? thank you.
