Difference between Ideal Loads Supply Air Total Cooling Rate and District Cooling at peak

Version: EnergyPlus 8.7

Buidling: a little shop with one conditioned thermal zone (ZONE1) and one unconditioned attic.

HVAC Template : Ideal Load Air System.

When I sum, hour per hour during over the year, the output "ZONE1:Zone Ideal Loads Supply Air Total Cooling Rate[W]" , I get the same value as the one of "District Cooling [kWh]" of the Annual Building Utility Performance Summary, which seems consistent.

But the maximum value, over the year, of the output "ZONE1:Zone Ideal Loads Supply Air Total Cooling Rate[W]" does not correspond to the "District Cooling [W]" at peak in the Demand End Use Components Summary, which does not seem consistent.

What is the right value to be considered in order to determine the cooling loads of the HVAC system ? - maximum of "ZONE1:Zone Ideal Loads Supply Air Total Cooling Rate[W]" OR - "District Cooling [W]" at peak.
