Seems inconsistent in Performance Rating Method Compliance

I am reading Performance Rating Method Compliance in html file generated from the model with VRF system. Even though there is consumption for space heating, electric demand for space heating is recorded as 0. Can anyone explain what is this situation or what is causing this? I added the screen capture below.
