Maximum Temperature Water Heater Stratified

Hey guys I have a question regarding the water heater stratified object in energyplus.

Is there a maximum temperature or a limit how high the temperature inside the "tank" can get?

I got this from the energyplus Input/Output Reference "This is the time that the entire volume of the tank can be heated from 14.4ºC to 57.2ºC (58ºF to 135ºF) "

Where do the 14.4°C and 57.2°C come from? Is 57,2°C the highest reachable temperature?

I ran some simulations and never got higher than 56,8°C. That's why I wanted to ask you guys how high the temperature inside the tank can get.
