Output variables/meters to segregate heating loads by source type

Hi everyone!

Someone can suggest me which Output:Variable should I select to segregate all heating loads by source type? I would like to get a pie chart showing the one which contributes the most with heat to the spaces: Lights, Electric Equipment, People, Walls, Ceillings, Floors, Windows or Infiltration. Well, if there is another one which I forgot, please let me know.

I've already tried these ones:

  • Zone Lights Electric Energy [J] and Zone Electric Equipment Electric Energy [J], for lights and electric equipment, respectively.
  • For People, I'm not sure if I sum Zone People Sensible Heating Energy [J] with Zone People Latent Gain Energy [J] or I select directlly Zone People Total Heating Energy [J]. Seems like the the sum of sensible and latent is different from total heating energy.

Thanks in advance!

EnergyPlus: Output variables/meters to segregate heating loads by source type

Hi everyone!

Someone can suggest me which Output:Variable should I select in EnergyPlus in order to segregate all heating loads by source type? I would like to get a pie chart showing the one which contributes the most with heat to the spaces: thermal zones: Lights, Electric Equipment, People, Walls, Ceillings, Floors, Windows or Infiltration. Well, if there is another one which I forgot, please let me know.

I've already tried these ones:

  • Zone Lights Electric Energy [J] and Zone Electric Equipment Electric Energy [J], for lights and electric equipment, respectively.
