Baseline System 9 Heated Only Warehouse Space

Currently trying to model Warehouse spaces that have a constant thermostat setpoint of 55F. When running the baseline measure it creates a gas unit heater system in zone to meet this setpoint, which is correct. However it does not create a mechanical system to bring in outdoor air into the warehouse spaces at any time of the year, so there is no ventilation in the warehouse spaces of the building. How can I model a gas unit heating system to meet the ASHRAE 90.1 2010 standards that brings in OA year round, supplies 105F air when heating is on, and turns off the heating when the in zone thermostat setpoint has been achieved.
