Hi, I'm modeling a building with 90.1 2007.

I have different unconditioned zones (both heating and cooling ) I do not know how to manage: 1. Unconditioned roof (unoccupied, with no electric loads and lighting) 2. Small circulation zones (unoccupied, with electric loads but with no lighting) 3. Small stairs zones (unoccupied, with no electric loads but with lighting) 4. Park, with lightings and fans

Appendix G says that: "All conditioned spaces in the proposed design shall be simulated as being both heated and cooled even if no heating or cooling system is to be installed...".

In this case these zones are simply unconditioned: can I simulate them without an HVAC but with an electric load or a lighting system? Should I take some particular precaution? How do I manage them in the Baseline model?
